A Hamilton Engagement
Meet Matt and Rebecca! We had a ton of fun capturing their engagement images. From Climbing down rocks and getting their feet wet to going off the trail!! These two were up for anything!
We met with Rebecca and Matt at his parent’s place and started off to Hamilton to visit some of the old town history and waterfalls. It wasn’t easy getting access to the waterfall but these two were up for the challenge! They even said goodbye to the fancy shoes and dipped their toes in the water to get some amazing shots!!!
After our crazy adventures by the waterfall we found our way to some old ruins of a Mill from the 1800’s. I love stumbling upon old history! I may have not loved the subject back in high-school, but if you’re not making it interesting I might just take a nap! Hamilton is famous for it’s waterfalls and old ruins. We got to enjoy just a piece of it’s rich history with Matt and Rebecca.
We found an old red bridge not to far from the ruins and waterfall. It had a stunning backdrop of fall colours and a beautiful sunset. The light was hitting the trees just right and we got some of the oranges to really pop from behind them! They truly picked the best day and time for a fall engagement!
We ended the night with laughs and a hug. They even recommended a great place we should dine for dinner! Camp 31 and I’m so glad we tried it! I had never had authentic southern food before. It was amazing! Thank you both for a wonderful evening and again for the recommendation to Camp 31! We hope you enjoy these photos of your engagement and cannot wait to capture your wedding!
